In 1975, Jacky Ickx won the Le Mans 24h race with the Mirage GR8. The Mirage race cars were developed by UK-based JW Automotive Engineering and they were, in fact, the first cars to be sponsored in the iconic blue-orange Gulf Oil colours. Between 1970 and 1978, the Mirage autos always managed to finish in the Top 10. The victory at lemans in 1975 was not only the highlight but also the team's last win.<\/p>\n
AFTER THE RACE is a duo born out of true friendship. A friendship between Jean-Denis Claessens and Edmond Thonnard (aka Pogo). Jean-Denis is a graphic designer, skilled entrepreneur and, since childhood, fond of cars. Pogo is a versatile painter and artist, with vast experience in street art.<\/p>\n
