Original art by John Ketchell
Limited Edition Print: Monza GP - Sterling Moss - Maserati 250F
The Maserati 250F was used between 1954 and 1960. Fangio was the first driver to win a race with this car in 1954. During the 1958 season, the 250F was outclassed by the new rear-engined cars. Stirling Moss drove one of the Maserati cars in 1958 and managed to win the Italian GP at Monza .
Artist John Ketchell is internationally known. He is an automotive artist who has received many assignments from both private and well known companies. When you look at Ketchell's work you see that speed intrigues him. His semi-abstract style gives us all a lot of freedom to interpret the art piece. At a young age, John was already gripped by racing, especially the Talbot-Lago GP soon became his favorite. After Art school in Preston, John soon became a professional artist.
The Limited Edition artprint comes with numbered certificate and hand drawn by the artist.
